Shipping Policy

The shipping, and handling time frame for orders delivery are as follow:

1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which typically takes an additional 1-2 days. All orders shipped from united states
2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. At the moment we are offering shipping only to U.S.A.

Orders to U.S.A are shipped by USPS which is a US Postal Service. After processing, and leaving the warehouse, items usually takes between 4 - 6 business days to arrive at their destination but possible to take a longer time due to high demand.

To keep our prices competitive, our products are produced in factories, and stored in warehouses in US various locations. They are then shipped directly to you without going through any middlemen. As such the products you ordered should be in our brand package, with the same product which you ordered.
